SuperPark in the Adamello Brenta Nature Park

Cinema in the woods and guided walks for a unique experience immersed in nature

“Green” Cinema and Special Guest Excursions in the Adamello Brenta Natural Park

Superpark is a summer initiative by the Adamello Brenta Natural Park—the largest protected area in Trentino—that successfully blends hiking with culture.

The events follow two main paths: a “green” film festival, featuring around ten screenings in evocative outdoor locations, and a series of excursions with exceptional guests, including artists, writers, athletes, and environmental experts.

Cinema in the Woods

No armchairs, no emergency lights. Just bring a blanket from home and lie down amidst the beauty of the Park. Above you, the stars shine bright in the Trentino summer sky; in front of you, a large screen. Put on your headphones to eliminate noise pollution and immerse yourself in films and documentaries suitable for everyone.

The Superpark film screenings travel through the Park’s valleys aboard the Cinéma du Désert truck—a project born years ago in Africa to support development cooperation. The evening screenings take place outdoors, at the edge of the forest and under the stars. They are powered by a photovoltaic system and, occasionally, by the pedaling of the Ciclocinema association.

There are various locations and screenings focusing on the environment, adventure, and nature. Events are scheduled for June and July at 9:00 PM, with indoor screenings provided in case of bad weather. Participation is free of charge.

Walks with Exceptional Guides

Walking in the Adamello Brenta Natural Park is good for the legs, the eyes, and the mind. When these walks are led by exceptional guides, the experience is truly complete. Photographers, artists, professors, and writers accompany you along the Park’s trails, sharing stories in the shadow of the Brenta Dolomites or with views of the Adamello.

The guided excursions take place in June and July, with additional dates in September and October.

About the Adamello Brenta Natural Park

The Adamello Brenta Natural Park is the largest protected area in Trentino. It is home to numerous wild animals, including red deer, roe deer, chamois, eagles, ibexes, foxes, badgers, marmots, and rock ptarmigans. More than 1,300 different species of flora can be observed here, including very rare flowers like the Pink Nigritella of the Brenta.

Founded in 1967, the Park encompasses the majestic Brenta Dolomites, the Adamello-Presanella glaciers rising to 3,000 meters, spruce and larch forests, and stunning alpine lakes. The Park is also a geological treasure, recognized in 2008 as a UNESCO Global Geopark for its rare and scientifically significant heritage.
