Splendid mountain cabin of approximately 70 m2 on the ground floor, surrounded by greenery on the slopes of Becco di Filadonna, sunny and panoramic, a spectacle for the mind and spirit, it is made of larch, fir and stone. Kitchen, living room with wood-burning majolica stove, 1 double bedroom, a twin bedroom with the possibility of additional beds. Bathroom with window and shower and washing machine. Large green space equipped with barbeque. It is a convenient starting point for the 60 km of the Vigolana, a circuit equipped for hiking, trekking, mountain biking and horse riding. In the winter season, a short distance away, there are the Alpe Cimbra-Folgaria and Lavarone ski resorts (104 km of slopes), Panarotta (30 km of slopes), and Bondone (45 km of slopes). The cabin is of the Casa Clima type. It is adjacent and connected by an 8 m roof. at Baita Spilech, but has an independent entrance, garden and parking.15 minutes by car from Lake Caldonazzo

Highway A22 exit Trento Sud, follow the signs for Altopiano della Vigolana / SS 349, passing the villages of Vigolo Vattaro, Vattaro, Pian dei Pradi and then always crossing on the right the road that climbs up to Frisanchi and Rifugio Paludei (approx. 20 km).
