Our central yet tranquil location, in a limited traffic zone, is just steps from the Lake, Historic Center, Port, and 250 meters from the beach. Easily explore everything on foot or by bike, including the FA Bonporti Conservatory, Fraglia della Vela sailing club, and Congress Palace.
We feature six exclusive apartments and an independent villa, all modern, spacious, and beautifully furnished for maximum comfort and quality. Each includes fast Wi-Fi, Smart-TV, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher), and chip card access. Air conditioning is available upon request, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing stay for couples, families, or friends.
For active guests, Bella Villa is a dream. We offer a large, free storage area for bikes, sails, etc., plus free washing machine use.

Bella Villa Residence is located in the center of Riva del Garda at Viale Roma 28/30, in a limited traffic zone (ZTL) monitored by cameras, so special permits are required to enter by car.
