Information
The apartment is located in Malè and in the immediate vicinity are the municipal swimming pool, red earth tennis courts, playground, pharmacies, supermarkets, cinemas, library and restaurants. A little further away are the cycle lane, the ice rink (in summer with rollers), the football field, the climbing crag and the Flying Park. At about 10 km there are the ski lifts, a riding stable, at about 5 km a small lake for sport fishing, rafting centers. The area is secluded and quiet and the house is surrounded by gardens / lawns on three sides. The newly built building (summer 2022) is class A +, guaranteeing maximum environmental comfort. The modern style is combined with wooden and rocky materials and rises from a feeling of order, warmth and hospitality

Contact & Directions
By car: take the A22 Brennero motorway: if you are coming from the south, exit at the Trento notd tollbooth; if you are coming from the north, exit S.Michele all'Adige tollbooth, then follow the direction towards the town of Cles, in Val di Non, then towards Passo Tonale until Malè.
By train: the most convenient railroad statio for international trains is Trento. From there, you can take the "Trento-Malè-Mezzana" train to Val di Sole and stop in Malè.

Payment Conditions
The price includes: water, heating, electricity, kitchen utensils, quilts, blankets, pillows, washing machine and drying rack, microwave oven, LCD TV, ski storage, private outdoor parking, wifi.
Services not included or to be paid locally: 50.00 euros final cleaning costs (the kitchenette must be returned clean, otherwise a penalty of 50 euros will be applied), on request bed linen and towels rental 15.00 euros per person per change, deposit of 200.00 euros refundable at the end of the stay after checking the integrity of the apartment.
Dog extra charge 30 euros for the entire stay.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
From June to October 2025, the Val di Sole Guest Card is included in the accommodation price. The card offers you loads of opportunities and benefits and the access to the cable lifts with special rates! Further info
