Casa da Mont Nonna Maria Zeller offers all this!
The hut is spread over two levels:
- Ground floor: kitchen (gas stove, small fridge with freezer), dining room with table and bathroom (with shower, bidet, sink, and toilet).
- Upper floor: sleeping area with 1 double room, 1 twin room with single beds, and 1 single room.
- Outdoor spaces: garden with chairs, umbrella, and small table; relaxation area with barbecue at the back.
USEFUL INFO:
- Dishes, pots, bath/bed linens included;
- Hot water is available from a gas boiler;
- The house's electricity is provided by a standalone photovoltaic system with a storage battery, offering a sustainable and low-impact environmental experience. The available energy, while ensuring a comfortable stay, is limited and requires conscious use, especially in bad weather. The use of large appliances (e.g., hairdryer...) is not allowed;
- There is only one electrical outlet on the ground floor;
- External phone coverage is not guaranteed;
- Heating system not available. To keep warm on cool evenings at the beginning/end of the season, the wood stove can be used.
LOCATION
The Nonna Maria Zeller hut is located at 1,300 m above sea level and is 20 minutes by car from Tione di Trento in Trentino.
It can already be the starting point to discover the surrounding nature!
In a maximum of 50 minutes by car, you can reach the main tourist destinations such as: Pinzolo Madonna di Campiglio Dolomites, Lake Tenno, Lake Garda, Lake Molveno, and Lake Idro.
In the town of Tione di Trento, the main services are available such as: hospital, pharmacy, supermarkets, gas stations, clothing stores, tobacco shops/newsagents, herbalist shops, bars, pizzerias, and restaurants.

The Nonna Maria Zeller chalet is located at 1,300 m above sea level and is a 20-minute drive from Tione di Trento in Trentino.
The meeting point is in Tione di Trento, at the parking lot on via Giovanni Prati. We will then take you to the chalet!

Payment Conditions
CHECK-IN
Check-in is available from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 9:30 AM on the day of departure.
Check-in and check-out at other times must be agreed upon between the parties at the time of booking.
Upon your arrival, we ask for a valid ID document (ID card or driver's license) and the tourist tax of 1 € per person per night to be paid in cash on-site.
