You will find yourself in the attic of a historic building with exposed structures made of ancient and contemporary wood built in the mid-nineteenth century, renovated with Alpine know-how using bio-building materials and techniques. Nestled between the Trentino Dolomites in the pedestrian historic center of Fiera di Primiero, this former nineteenth-century wooden attic has its own special genius loci.
Very generous and articulated surface that hosts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board, open space kitchen equipped with everything, dining room with a terrace overlooking the Vette Feltrine, on which the building year marks it at 1897, living room with TV, WI-FI, a panoramic veranda with a Liberty flavor, and a long terrace overlooking the Pale di San Martino and the Val Canali. Private parking, garden for deck chairs and barbecue with ski/bike storage and picnic area in the shade of the Walnut tree that gives the house its name. We are pet-friendly, animals are welcome with no additional costs.

The apartment is on the third floor of a building without an elevator in the pedestrian center of Fiera di Primiero. It is a 5-minute walk from the bus station connecting to the airports of Venice and Treviso (110 km) and the Feltre train station (35 km). Within a radius of 100 meters, there are all the commercial activities of the pedestrian center of Fiera di Primiero: restaurants, breweries, pizzerias, cafes, bars, grocery stores, and casual and sports clothing shops, bakeries, pastry shops, pharmacy, newsstands, bookshop, library, banks, ATMs, household goods stores, ice creameries and opticians, butchers, dry cleaners, tobacco shops, and souvenirs. 200 meters away is the swimming pool and auditorium/cinema, the archpriest church and the Palazzo delle Miniere with its 16th-century rectory, facing the Clarofonte gardens and the 17th-century Palazzo Someda. We are just a few minutes away from the splendid Wellness SPA Resort Gocce di Rugiada.

Our Casa del Noce is welcoming, bio-ecological, and historic.
We will ask you to enter WITHOUT SHOES.
Remember to bring your house slippers to feel at home or… at a price reserved for our Guests, book the BABBU by Valentina and Laura, local artisans who knit slippers with natural non-slip latex.
You will find these original slippers at the door of the House upon your arrival!
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
For the necessity and guarantee of proper cleaning and sanitation, the Casa del Noce offers the keys at 5:00 PM on the Sunday of arrival and requests the return of keys by 9:00 AM on the day of departure. NB the internal parking and storage will be available from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival.
