Payment Conditions
Arrival must be between 2:30 PM and 7:00 PM, while departure must be by 9:30 AM. It is mandatory to notify if arrival is beyond the established time. The price of the apartment includes bed linen, towels, and final cleaning. Upon reservation, a sweet or savory breakfast is available for €10.00 per person.
Tourist tax: the amount is €2.00 per person per night (maximum 10 nights). Children under 14 years old are exempt; this amount must be paid at the property in addition to the booked vacation price.
The property accepts pets (with a supplement), which must always be kept on a leash.
Heating is an extra cost that will be calculated based on consumption and is available only during certain periods of the year.
