The seven-bedroom apartment (a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the living room) can comfortably accommodate families, couples, or groups of friends, always ensuring privacy and convenience. The two panoramic balconies invite you to enjoy the Alpine landscape from dawn to dusk, soaking up the unique atmosphere of the Fassa Valley.
The location is one of the apartment's strong points. The ski bus is located right outside the apartment, providing easy access to the main ski areas of the Dolomiti Superski area, with slopes suitable for all levels. In summer, simply cross the road to access the valley's bike path and trails leading to spectacular views of woods, mountain pastures, and high mountain roads. Moena, known as the "Fairy of the Dolomites," captivates with its elegant center, Ladin traditions, traditional pastry shops, and restaurants serving dumplings, polenta, mountain cheeses, and traditional desserts. Payment Conditions
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total stay, to be paid by bank transfer. This deposit is non-refundable.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival to ensure a smooth and organized stay.
However, we understand that unexpected events can arise: if your cancellation allows us to rebook the period, we will do our best to refund your deposit, retaining only any expenses incurred for the new booking (such as last-minute discounts or commissions).
A €250 security deposit is also required upon arrival, which will be refunded upon check-out, once we have verified that the apartment has been left in good condition.
