Erbe, funghi e pozioni - Fiori, erbe, sapori

We will talk about edible and medicinal plants, describing their use in mountain traditions, both as food and as natural remedies. On this excursion, when possible and especially for those who are not allergic, we will offer tastings of the plants encountered. Activities for ages 6 and up.

Foraging is an ancient discipline, lost in our hasty technological world, that studies and utilizes wild edible plants for food. Historically developed to survive and/or overcome famines and emergency situations, it offers us incredible surprises.

The activity is part of the Flowers, Herbs, Flavors program, three weekends from June 5 to 21, with many opportunities to be guided by the scents of early summer and rediscover the deep connection between nature and taste, between the Val di Fiemme and the Val di Cembra.
