With a private entrance and space for breakfast, two quiet rooms with private bathrooms overlook the garden or Vallagarina.
Free WIFI connection, ethernet sockets, USB charging sockets, flat screen satellite smart TV, the entire structure is equipped with smoke sensors and the kitchen/breakfast room also has a CO sensor.

Upon arriving at the Rovereto train station on state road no. 12 (Take the Rovereto South or North exit for the highway), take Corso Rosmini until you reach the square of the same name; head towards Noriglio/Serrada and after 50 meters on the left, at no. 16, you will find the B&B Ai Colli. Access is via the municipal stairs; in front of it, there is the convenient municipal parking "Rovereto Centro Storico - Viale dei Colli".

Payment Conditions
Upon check-in, guests must present a valid ID. Check-in is from 2 PM to 8 PM. Check-out is by 10 AM. Breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
Guests are kindly requested to inform B&B Ai Colli in advance of their expected arrival time. All late arrival requests must be confirmed by the property. Arrivals after 8:00 PM incur an additional charge of €10 per hour. In case of early departure, B&B Ai Colli will charge the full amount of the stay.
Children under the age of 2 stay free in existing beds.
Payments are accepted in cash, debit card (Maestro), or credit card (VISA, Mastercard). B&B Ai Colli reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card prior to arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
B&B Ai Colli is located in a private residence; therefore, please observe silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM; organizing parties and events is also not permitted.
