Detached house on 2 floors in the heart of Fai della Paganella, surrounded by greenery and with spectacular views of the Paganella and the magnificent Dolomites. Situated in the historical Piazza San Rocco, it is in a strategic position both for the ski slopes (1500 m away) and for hikes such as the wonderful path to the Croce di Fai. A bus and skibus stop is just a stone's throw from the house.
The house has private parking in the courtyard and ample space for bicycles/skis. The accommodation is spacious, bright and has everything you need. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a storage room and a bathroom.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a second bathroom, a living room with open kitchen and a large terrace.
There is also a separate room on the ground floor for storing bicycles and ski equipment.

Contact & Directions
BY CAR: A22 Brennero motorway, exit San Michele all'Adige-Mezzocorona, take the direction to Mezzolombardo then direction Fai della Paganella (from the tollbooth exit there are 15 KM to travel = 20 minutes arrival time).
BY TRAIN: Mezzocorona arrival station (regional trains only), where there are connections with Trentino Trasporti buses for the Paganella plateau.

Host information
Being a host has been a bit of a dream of mine for my retirement life! I will be happy to host you and make the most of your stay in Trentino! I live in Piana Rotaliana and in Fai della Paganella you can stay at "Al Civico 40" located in the magnificent Paganella Plateau :) I also have availability to rent a small apartment "Al Civico 47 (max 3 beds) in Mezzolombardo.
Payment Conditions
PAYMENT: At the time of booking 30% deposit and balance by bank transfer by the day of arrival.(payment details via email or whatsapp)
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date. From the 29th day the deposit is retained as cancellation penalty.
Issue of the Paganella Guest Card which allows you to travel on public transport and have discounts or free access to attractions such as museums, castles, cable cars, etc.
