Residence Alba Nova is situated in the centre of Andalo, in a quiet and sunny position, close to the Paganella ski-lifts and the main access routes to the Brenta Dolomites.
Near the residence you can find the two main squares of the town with the Information bureau, cinema, public library, chemist’s shop, pubs, supermarket, pizzerie, newspaper kiosk and many other shops.
500 mt. far from the residence there’s the sporting centre with a little lake, horse-riding centre, tennis-courts, amusement park, football & basket grounds, skating palace, indoor swimming pool.
Other facilities include a large car park, garage parking, garden with games for children, heated ski & ski-boot storage room with boots-dryer, laundry-ironing room, lift, reception and a comfortable public lounge.

Contact & Directions
The Alba Nova residence can be easily reached via the A22 Brenner motorway, with exits at Trento Nord or San Michele all'Adige. Following the signs for the Altopiano della Paganella, you will arrive in Andalo in 20 minutes.
Check-in time = 4:00 PM on the day of arrival
Check-out time = 10:00 AM on the day of departure

Payment Conditions
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival.
From 29 days to the day of arrival is required 50% of the total amount of stay as cancellation fee.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
