This luxury residence located in the center of Val di Fassa is an 8-minute walk from the bus stop, 9 km from Cima Catinaccio, and 18 km from Passo San Pellegrino, about 350 meters from the departure of the Buffaure cable car, the starting point for the Sellaronda.
There is a ski bus stop 20 meters away, which allows easy access to other ski areas.
The apartments come with free WiFi, cable TV, a desk, a separate living area with a sofa and a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a small living room. The stay is free for children up to 2 years old.
Parking is included in the price; breakfast is available, along with an indoor pool, sun terrace with sun loungers, children's pool, a hot tub, and sauna for a fee.

Payment Conditions
Stays from 1St November 2015 will be charged a tourist tax.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the holiday booked.
Check in from 3 PM to 10 PM and check out by 10 AM.
The reservation is considered final only upon receipt of a deposit of € 100.00 PER ROOM to be paid by bank transfer, or credit card.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is NOT refundable under any circumstances.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
in line with European standards and in the absence of other agreements in case of cancellation will be charged the following penalties (% of total stay):
within 30 days from the date of arrival 0%; from 29 to 15 days before the date of arrival 20%.
from 14 to 3 days before the date of arrival 50%; from 2 days before the arrival date 100%
