Angeli Dolomiti House is an energy class A villa located in Croviana in a quiet area of the town. The apartment is new and is situated on the second floor of the building; it features 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, kitchen, two bathrooms, and 3 balconies with panoramic views of the surrounding villages and the mountains of the Brenta Dolomites and Presanella groups. On the ground floor, near the entrance, there is a storage area (for skis and boots, luggage, bikes..); the apartment is also equipped with wifi connection, private outdoor parking, and a garden.
Angeli Dolomiti House is in an excellent starting position for reaching the ski lifts of the Folgarida Marilleva Madonna di Campiglio ski area and for excursions in Val di Sole, Val di Rabbi, and Val di Pejo. Not far from the apartment is the Trento-Malè-Mezzana railway station. It is possible to activate the Trentino guest card which allows you, among other attractions, to travel for free on the railway; 300 m away we have supermarkets and discount stores, bars and typical restaurants, a canoe/rafting center, and a cycling and pedestrian path.

Contact & Directions
By car: A22 Brenner motorway, exit Trento Nord for those coming from the south and exit S.Michele all'Adige for those coming from the north. Continue towards Cles, Val di Non, until Croviana.
By train: travel to Trento on the Verona-Brenner railway and then continue on the Trento-Malè-Mezzana railway, stop at Croviana. The day before, agree with the owner on the arrival time and contact him fifteen minutes before your arrival.

Host information
My name is Tullio Angeli, and together with my family, I manage Angeli Dolomiti House. An apartment that has been completely renovated and energy-efficient since the summer of 2019.
Payment Conditions
The price includes: bed linen and towels and final cleaning.
A deposit of €100.00 will be required upon arrival, which will be refunded at the end of the stay after checking the apartment's integrity.
For stays starting from January 1, 2021, a tourist tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable. The amount must be paid at the property upon arrival in addition to the booked vacation price.
