Information
Our apartments are located in a delightful position on the eastern edge of Campitello di Fassa with extensive valley views. They are 250m from the village centre with a short access to the walking trail / cross-country ski track to Canazei. We are opposite the Col Rodella cable car, a short easy access on foot, with its access to the famous Sella Ronda ski circuit, mountain bike trails and mountain walking / climbing trails.
Our apartment complex has a large underground, secure car park for guests.
The apartments are of various sizes and configurations, suitable for from two to six people.
Each apartment is fully equipped with cooking facilities and appliances, crockery and cutlery, with modern bathrooms, with. dining and lounge furniture and with storage facilities.
There is a washing machine for guest usage and linen can be provided for a fee.
Pets are not allowed.

Contact & Directions
You can reach Campitello di Fassa by car via A22/E45 highway,from exit Ora/Auer and via Val di Fiemme and Moena. Or exit Bolzano via Passo Costalunga. Other possibilities are from Belluno via Passo Fedaia or Passo San Pellegrino.
Our house is located in a calm and sunny location, close to the village centre and its shops, having a beautiful view over Canazei, Belvedere ski area, Marmolada and the Dolomites, which are now a World Natural Heritage area.
We are opposite the Col Rodella cable car station, accessing ski-slopes and hiking and climbing areas, which you can reach within a short walk.

Host information
We are a local family of Val di Fassa and have rented flats since 1985.
Carla’s primary occupation is personally taking care of the house, keeping on touch with our clients and welcoming you at our place.
Lino is a retired art teacher. He takes care of the maintenance of the house and is always available for any advice about sightseeing and sports, being a keen athlete in skiing, cycling and paragliding. During the winter he also works as a ski and snowboard teacher.
Our daughters:
Giulia is a civil engineer and is involved with AFS as a volunteer after her year-long experience as an exchange student in Norway. She speaks English, German and Norwegian.
Sofia is a nurse, also volunteer with AFS after her year as an exchange in Argentina. She speaks English, German e Spanish.
They both work elsewhere.
Payment Conditions
For the SUMMER SEASON, our apartment complex includes a large grassed area plus a paved terrace adjacent to the building reserved for guests and their children. This area includes swings and slides plus gas-fired and wood-fired barbeques. There are road and mountain bikes available for free.
For the WINTER SEASON we provide lockable ski equipment storage in the garage area plus boot and glove warmer / driers.
