I would be happy to give you instructions for the self check-in: it’s easy and quick.
I will then send you the instructions to enter the apartment independently.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
When you arrive, open the gate (I will give you the code before your arrival via WhatsApp). Park next to the house or in the garage and then I will provide directions to reach your apartment independently.
KEY RETURN
Do not lock the apartment. Leave the keys on the kitchen table and send a message on WhatsApp when you leave.
On the day of departure, the apartment must be returned by 9:30 AM (otherwise, a full day will be charged).

Payment Conditions
I thought to allow you to do a self check-in so that you can reach your apartment on your own.
TAX TO BE PAID ON SITE IN CASH. It is 1.00 EURO PER DAY PER PERSON (OVER 14 YEARS OLD) FOR 10 DAYS. Leave the amount in the mailbox next to the door on the table at the entrance and notify via SMS or WhatsApp (003466242615).
The kitchenette must be left clean, without dishes and food residues, the keys on the kitchen table, turn off lights and air conditioning, and throw the trash in the designated containers next to the house.
Wi-fi usage: once you have logged in with the provided data, it will be necessary to enter your personal account (NETWORK: APPARTAMENTI LALY, PASSWORD: andrea2013) to browse.
Air conditioning and heating usage: the following services do not work if doors and windows are open (energy saving).
