Welcome to our charming two-story cottage, the ideal retreat for a mountain vacation.
Nestled in a tranquil and picturesque setting, this house features two independent apartments, perfect for two families.
On one side, it is just 10 km from Passo del Tonale, which offers 100 km of ski slopes suitable for both beginners and experienced skiers,
and on the other side, it is about 10 km from the ski slopes of Pejo, Marilleva, and Daolasa!!!
By staying in our apartments, various dates offer very advantageous ski pass discounts for adults as well as for teens and children, for ski school and ski rental: contact us for more details!
You can rent one of the two apartments for 4/5/6 people, or rent both apartments to have a total of 11 beds available.
The ground floor apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, while the first-floor apartment is ideal for 6 people.
You will be staying in a quiet village, from which you can quickly access many activities for both adults and children!
Throughout the house, free Wi-Fi is available to keep you connected and share the most beautiful moments of your vacation with friends and family.
A convenient ski and boot storage area and ample private parking are available right outside the house for your cars!

By car
FROM BOLOGNA – VERONA AND FROM BRENNER
A22 Brenner exit Trento Nord for those coming from the south, exit San Michele all'Adige for those coming from the north. Continue towards Cles, Val di Non, along the SS43 and, after passing Cles, take the SS42, direction Passo del Tonale, Val di Sole until reaching the village of Vermiglio.
FROM BERGAMO – BRESCIA
Follow state road SS42 from Bergamo, passing through Boario Terme, Ponte di Legno, Passo Tonale until Vermiglio.

Payment Conditions
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10
nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
