The recently renovated apartment " HOUSE 3 FOUNTAINS" offers 6 sleeps. It consist of one master bedroom where is possible to add a third bed, and one twin/ double bedroom, double sofabed in the living room. The large open space is divided into a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed, massage chair, satellite TV, high-speed wi-fi, a desk for working (280 mbps in download!! and 50 mbps in upload), balcony with table and 2 chairs overlooking a quiet square with a view of the mountains and the ski slope, surrounded by 3 ancient fountains with large pools of water. A large cellar room is available on the ground floor to store your ski equipment or bikes. Free parking under the house.

Contact & Directions
The house has 2 entrances, one official, from a narrower road that leads to the entrance above where you cannot park - Via Failoni 7, and the other below the house where you enter from Via Piave 4. Here there is a car park and a fountain, both on the main road, from which you can take the stairway up to our car park next to the entrance of the building.
You pass under the arcade and the entrance to the building is on the left with the stairs going up. As soon as you climb the stairs there is a door with an 'entrance' sign that is open. Go through it and you will find yourself in front of the flat door (marked 'My happy place'), with the digital cassette next to the door. I will send you the code for the digital cassette on the day of arrival.

Payment Conditions
Extra costs to be paid before arrival via bank transfer:
- Mandatory final cleaning €40
- Tourist tax €1 per person per night
- Animals €30
ON REQUEST :
- Bathroom, bed and kitchen linen €8 per person
DEPOSIT FOR ANY DAMAGES:
€300 to be delivered before arrival, returned upon departure
We have self check-in and self check-out. As soon as I receive your identity documents with the payment slip for the extra costs, I will send you the access code.
Check-in is from 4pm onwards, on Saturdays and Sundays and in some situations even earlier.
