AL 27 is a charming 55 sqm apartment. It is located on the ground floor and includes: independent entrance, living room with pellet stove, sofa bed, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, dishes and utensils, dining area, windowless bathroom with shower and washing machine, a double bedroom, and a room with a bunk bed, with the possibility of pulling out an additional bed. Completing the apartment is a livable terrace with a table, chairs, and sun loungers to eat and admire nature and the panoramic view, ideal for spending time outdoors in total relaxation. If you are traveling by car, there is also a private garage that will ensure maximum convenience and safety, in addition to an uncovered parking space.
