A new 90 m² flat with an independent entrance, a 10 m² panoramic balcony overlooking the Tesino Arboretum and the golf course, a 30 m² garage and a reserved parking space. The flat has a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed where there is the possibility of adding a cot or a single bed, a large kitchen with dining room and a bathroom with shower. The furnishings feature details in cirmolo, a precious wood that exudes a balsamic fragrance and promotes well-being.
The flat has been awarded the "Family in Trentino" certificate, a special sign of attention to families. The flat is BIKE-FRIENDLY. For bikers there is a closed garage where they can park their bikes. A suitcase with material for initial repairs, cleaning agents for the bikes and a place to wash the bikes are available.
