Away from the crowded spots, we offer relaxation, privacy, tranquility, and extras like a pool, barbecue (available from May to October), and a garden. A historic house from the 1600s in a small mountain village, carefully restored to preserve every detail. Care and attention for the environment are evident in what has been done to make the house fossil-free (photovoltaic system for lighting and heating - solar panels for hot water - rainwater recycling to water the garden, for toilet services, and for washing machines and dishwashers).
Each room in the apartment, both bedrooms and common areas, is spacious, comfortable, warm, and welcoming, reflecting a simple yet refined mountain style: wood is the most used material throughout the spaces.
Guest Access:
The apartment has an independent entrance, and guests can directly access the garden, barbecue area, table with benches under the pergola, and the pool equipped with sun loungers (there is no lifeguard, so the property declines any responsibility in case of accidents).
Just 50m away, there is a well-stocked small supermarket open Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm!
3 km away, there are Lidl, Despar, Eurospar, Conad.
La Meridiana Residence is located in a strategic position just 30/40 km from places like Madonna di Campiglio (35 km), Pinzolo (20 km), Trento (45 km), Lake Molveno (20 km), Lake Garda (30 km).

Payment Conditions
We would like to inform guests that tourist tax amounts to € 1.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 nights. The tax must be paid directly at the accommodation no later than on the last day of the stay. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
Rooms are available from 2 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Check-in and check-out times are approximate and flexible on request. It is always advisable to check directly with the owners before arrival.
The balance of the reservation is requested either by bank transfer to be received 2 days before arrival or in cash upon check-in.
There is the possibility to rent towels and pool towels at a cost of €7 per person for the entire stay. The amount is to be paid on site in cash.
Please note that at certain times of the year the common areas of the flat (lounge, kitchen, corridor and outdoor garden with swimming pool) may be shared with other guests of the property. You can check this directly with the owners at the time of booking.
