Information
In the historic center, adjacent to the Pavese Park, just 50 m from Lake Garda and the beach of Torbole, Apartment Raya is a newly built apartment, furnished with the utmost care.
They are equipped with all comforts, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, television, ironing board (iron available on request), electric oven, safe, autonomous heating. The house also has an elevator.
On request, cots and high chairs are provided.
Guests have access to a large garden with tables, chairs, and comfortable loungers, private closed parking (1 parking space per apartment), and a sports equipment storage area equipped for mountain bike repairs (video monitored).
Direct access to the lakeshore and the beach.

Contact & Directions
Coming from the A22: take the exit Rovereto Sud - Lago di Garda Nord, heading towards Riva del Garda. When you reach the town of Nago, you will find a large roundabout; take the third exit and continue downhill towards Torbole. At the roundabout, take the second exit towards Malcesine. After 50m, before Wind's Bar, turn right and you will find a brown gate.

Payment Conditions
To confirm the reservation, a deposit is required via bank transfer, with the balance due upon arrival, in cash, at the time of key handover. We do not accept credit cards.
In the low season, we also rent for shorter periods (min. 4 nights)
Included services: consumption of electricity, water, gas; storage for bikes/surfboards; parking (1 car per apartment); washing machine, dishwasher; wi-fi; satellite TV; use of the garden, bed linens

Extra paid services:
heating (upon request) € 10.00 per day
bed linen change € 5.00 per person

Excluding the tourist tax, which amounts to € 1.00 per person/night for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights (children under 14 years of age are exempt)
