The apartment Sissi is a beautiful and recently renovated apartment consisting of a furnished kitchen-living room with balcony, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The central location, near the spa, the short distance from the Habsburg Park, and the spectacular view of the mountains make of this apartment the ideal place for a quiet and comfortable vacation.
We don't have a deposit for bycicles or motorcycles.

Guests are asked to provide an approximate check-in time and notify the owner 30 minutes before arrival to receive the keys without waiting.

Payment Conditions
The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival (€1 per night/adult max. 10 days).
Upon your arrival, you will find sheets, towels, hand soap, dish detergent, and multi-purpose cleaner, as well as a courtesy set in the house.
It is our concern to ensure a thorough cleaning service to make the stay comfortable even for people who suffer from allergies.
Upon departure, the apartment must be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, you can pay for the final cleaning (€40).
Before departure, it is recommended to throw the waste in the designated bins on the street.
