Our bright apartment, located on the third floor (no elevator), is the perfect place for a tranquil and comfortable vacation.
It features a bedroom with a double bed (not separable) and a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 4 people — although it is particularly comfortable for two guests.
It’s ideal for couples or families with a small child: upon request, we can provide a crib for infants.
Inside, you'll find everything you need to feel at home:

- American coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes
- Washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer

For those traveling with family or friends who need more space, a second apartment is also available in the same building on the raised first floor (only 6 steps to access it).
This more spacious accommodation has two bedrooms — one with a double bed (not separable) and one with two single beds — and is perfect for families with children or teenagers and groups who want to feel at home, with all comforts at hand.

Exit the A22 motorway at Rovereto Sud, proceed in the direction of Lake Garda and at Loppio turn right for Valle di Gresta. When you reach Ronzo-Chienis, take the road to the right of the Cassa Rurale. You will find us about halfway down the street, in a white three-storey building with a terrace.

Payment Conditions
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. We will contact you a few days before your arrival to provide you with the access information for the property!
No pets allowed.
Tourist tax to be paid on-site, not included. €1.00 per person/night (maximum of 10 nights, children under 14 excluded).
In case of damages caused to the apartment, a reimbursement will be requested.
