The Bed and Breakfast Anna Maria was an old hay loft turned into house in the 50ies. We have restored it by using natural and ecologic materials and paying attention to the energy saving. Since 2018 we have the environmental certification ECOLABEL.Our three guests' rooms are in natural local wood and are furnished with taste. On request wifi internet. Ideal for travellers who want to discover the Lake Ledro area by mountain bike and on foot. Delicious breakfast with local and/or organic specialities. Anna Maria is a tourist guide and of course can help with all information you need to make your holiday a special one

Chek in usually from 14:00 to 19:00 p.m. Of course it's not a problem if you arrive later, as we live here! But please give us notice in advance. Should the room be free and ready earlier you could arrive and get the key earlier, so that you can enjoy the whole day in Ledro. Payment Conditions
Our rooms are on the second floor with indipendent access. When you check in you get your house key so that you can go and come back any time. Breakfast is usually served from 8:00 to 10:00 am. When the weather is good we have breakfast on the large terrace with view on the valley and the small cosy Saint Martin's church. If you inform us in advance we can prepare also guten free or vegan cakes. Hikers can arrange an early breakfast and a lunch packet. We care for a relaxing holiday and for your safety, we garantee a deep leaning and a sanification with ozone at the end of each stay.
