Information
Our hut is about 700 meters from the village of Monclassico. It is an old farm renovated and maintained as it was in the origin. There are three rooms lined with Cirmolo-wood, a precious wood, which with its essence regenerates the spirit and the mind. The area is very quiet area, surrounded by the forest. Don’t miss the chance to relax in the outdoor hot water pools with a amazing view on the mountains.
The building is independent: electricity is produced by a photovoltaic system, water is heated by solar panels and the heating by a wood stove.

Contact & Directions
To get to our hut take a dirt path uphill with a 4x4 vehicle. Without a not 4x4 car, you can choose to park at 500 meters or 50 meters from the hut and the walk. We kindly ask you to inform us about the time of your arrival and we always suggest to wear suitable mountain clothing and shoes and to have a backpack. We wait you at the hut starting from 4 pm.

Host information
in our farm, we wanted to introduce a new project, started in 2010.
renovating a farmhouse and making it livable, while maintaining the simplicity of the past, is now a reality for us.
we welcome anyone who wants to share with us the tranquility and peace of this place.
we grow apples, blueberries, and chestnuts. our products, which we use for breakfasts, are genuine, from our lands, and we want you to taste what our valley has to offer.

Payment Conditions
Our structure is independent of light and hot water. Our photovoltaic panels allow us to have light and current, like our wood stove and pellet, gives us hot water and heating. Some basic rules; remember to turn off the light before going out and when it is not needed, the water should not run unnecessarily, differentiate our garbage, do not throw cigarettes or anything else on the ground, respect the environment and everything around us. nature is fundamental to our life.
Stays from 1St November 2015 will be charged a tourist tax.
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation for stays from 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of
the holiday booked
