This characteristic farmhouse is located in the Pante area in the municipality of Sagron Mis, just a short distance from Passo Cereda. The farmhouse is immersed in greenery, in a quiet and panoramic position, and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and welcoming living room with a sofa and armchairs, TV, and a pellet stove, a well-equipped kitchen that also includes an electric oven and microwave, and a small room with a large table for 6-8 people, perfect for organizing pleasant dinners with company.
On the ground floor, there is the first bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and a storage room. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, a wardrobe, and a second room with a double bed. The rooms are served by a bathroom with a shower, and there is also a small storage room on the same floor.
The large outdoor space is well-equipped and invites you to take a break and enjoy the warm summer days while admiring the surrounding nature. The area features a table, bench, umbrella, barbecue, wood-fired gas, and a fountain from which fresh and crystal-clear spring water flows. The external boiler ensures running water throughout the year, both hot and cold, and provides heating for the radiators during winter.
