Welcome to Casa Franz, a holiday apartment completely renovated in 2020, nestled in Mazzin in the stunning Val di Fassa in the heart of the Dolomites.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests across approx. 54 m².
On the ground floor you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine), a living space with sofa bed, TV and dining table; the sleeping area includes a double bed plus bunk bed and a privacy partition.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower and hairdryer.
The accommodation has a private entrance and spans two levels (not suitable for guests with reduced mobility). Enjoy a private terrace and the warmth of a fireplace for cosy mountain moments.
The location is unbeatable: less than 2 km from the slopes of Col Rodella (Campitello) and Pera (Catinaccio area), and only 5 km from Canazei — ideal for skiing in winter or hiking and mountain adventures in summer.
Modern, comfortable and well-connected to the valley’s public transport.

Check-in: 3–8 PM · Check-out: by 10 AM.
Keys: key box by the door, code sent before arrival.
Parking: no private space, free parking in the complex.

The booking is valid only under the terms and for the number of guests (adults and children) specified in the confirmation email.
Any changes must be agreed in advance with the property owner, who reserves the right to approve or refuse them.
