Each of our apartments is roughly 60m2 and can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. Each comprises: two double bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms, and living room/kitchen (equipped with pans, kitchen utensils, glassware, crockery and cutlery). In this area there is also a double sofa bed and adjoining balcony/ terrace. Washing machine facilities are also available, as well as a ski boot heater and ski deposit, parking, and a large garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and children's toys.

The perfect pistes of the entire Dolomiti Superski area, and the starting point of the famous Sella Ronda, can be accessed easily and quickly from the Col Rodella Gondola. Payment Conditions
the booking is confirmed only when the initial deposit has been received. The outstanding balance should be settled on the day of your arrival.
- We do not accept payment by credit card or cheque. There will also be a good housekeeping deposit which will be refunded to you at the time of your departure.
- The apartments should be left clean and in order, otherwise additional cleaning costs may be incurred.
- Your deposit will not be refunded in the case of cancellation.
- As soon as you request a booking, we will provide our bank details where your deposit should be sent.
