Payment Conditions
We inform you that pets are not allowed in our apartments.
For the definitive confirmation of your reservation it is necessary to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay (or 100% of the total if you have opted for a non-refundable rate). Our bank coordinates are as follows:
Check-in can be completed between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, while check-out by 10:00 AM on the departure date. For special needs, feel free to contact us.
You can cancel your reservation without penalty until 14 days prior to arrival date. In case of late cancellation, participation in a non-refundable offer, no show or early departure, 100% of the cost of the stay will be charged.
