Payment Conditions
The host of the apartment requests a deposit of 30% of the total stay price at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be paid at check-in.
Small pets that are used to living in an apartment are allowed.
On request, services for infants are provided (initial kit with diapers, sterilizer, crib with bedding).
Final cleaning is included in the price, as well as the provision of complete home linen (sheets and towels). On request, the name of the cleaning staff for extraordinary cleaning services is provided, the cost of which will be borne by the guest.
