The house is equipped with a home automation system that allows heating to be turned on and off via SMS, very convenient for those who use it during the winter season.
It is possible to rent it for periods no shorter than a week.
No pets are allowed, and smoking is not welcome.
Cars, e-scooters, and e-bikes with lithium batteries cannot access the garage.
Lithium batteries from e-bikes and/or e-scooters cannot be brought inside the house, even for charging.
After each stay, the apartment is fully sanitized and disinfected.

By car: take the A22 exit at the ORA-EGNA tollbooth and take the SS. 48 towards Val di Fiemme, arriving at Predazzo approximately 40 km later. At the junction of SS.48 and SS. 50, you will have arrived in the center of Predazzo.

All prices shown are inclusive of condominium fees. The costs of electricity and hot water will be calculated at cost.
The reservation is valid if the deposit arrives within 4 days of acceptance.
Linen rental € 20 / pers / week - Garage € 8 /day (optional).
The tourist tax must be paid directly at the hotel (for guests over 14) for a maximum of 10 nights and it will be added to your reservation bill. 4* and 4*S hotels € 2,50 – 3* and 3*S hotels € 2,00 – other accommodations € 1,50 – private apartments € 1,00.
