The brand new Ca’ dei Martinei - Deluxe Apartment is located in Vermiglio in Val di Sole just a few steps from the center, as well as 1 km from the Cross-Country Center, and 10 km from the Ponte di Legno Tonale ski area. Descending valley for 10 km, you can benefit from the Folgarida Marilleva ski area and it is 30 km from Madonna di Campiglio.
The apartment is brand new, very well finished in details and is located on the ground floor. The wood from Swiss pine, larch, and red fir makes it a unique and magical place; the decor is a mix of tradition and innovation.
It has two double bedrooms and one double or twin room with a loft bed, all with larch flooring and autonomous underfloor heating; each has been furnished by Marco, the owner, in an original way. There are two bathrooms with showers, a washing machine, and the largest holds a surprise: an infrared sauna for two people.
The living area, with a smart TV, is seamlessly integrated with the kitchen and receives plenty of light and has its own entrance. The kitchen block is equipped with a fridge and freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, and wood stove. To care for guests in every detail, the structure provides sauna towels and bed linens included in the price.
One or more free parking spaces are reserved near the entrance door. Bus and free ski bus stop 100 m away. Wi-fi zone.

The Tonale Pass (1,883 m a.s.l.) divides the Ortles-Cevedale mountain range from the Adamello-Presanella mountain range and at the same time connects Trentino with Lombardy. Vermiglio is connected to the Camonica Valley in Lombardy and to South Tyrol via the SS 42 and the Mendola Pass, respectively. Host information
Marco, a high school teacher, has built the entire structure and much of the interior furnishings with his own hands and with the help of his wife, Giovanna, thanks to his love for his territory and his passion for woodworking.
He is also the creator of the Hay Man Nativity Scene, which is set up every year in Vermiglio from December 7 to January 6.
Payment Conditions
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
