The Clementel family welcomes you to Fai della Paganella in an important recently renovated manor villa, with a view of Paganella and the Brenta Dolomites, in a quiet area of the village, sunny location surrounded by a private garden, 300 meters from the center and 1000 meters from the ski lifts (skibus just a few meters from the house for easy access to the slopes without parking issues).
Independent entrance on the ground floor with a scenic arch in the dining room, three bedrooms, living room and kitchen, private garden, parking space, equipment storage in a private closed room. Weekly, monthly, or seasonal rentals: long-term discounts, prices for children to be agreed upon - complete set for the little ones available (high chair, crib, changing table, bottle warmer).

The entrance from via Cesare Battisti n. 36 is pedestrian.
To reach us by car for the first time, park and unload your luggage, we suggest you go up to piazza san Rocco in the upper part of Fai della Paganella and call us as you go down via degli Alpini.
In fact, on the left you will find a short climb closed by an electric gate at number 9 which we will open in the meantime, coming towards you.
We will provide you with the convenient remote control later.

Payment Conditions
We prefer to rent the week, from Saturday to Saturday, for other periods we are available to check availability.
Check in after 4 pm and check out before 10 am, in this period in particular, to give us the opportunity to clean and sanitize in good time at the entrance of the new guests.
For the reservation we ask for a deposit equal to the balance of a bed that, in case of cancellation, we will retain it as a voucher for your stay in any other period available within 18 months of payment.
