It is located in the heart of Rovereto, 900m from the train station and within walking distance of various services (shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, banks, pharmacies, etc.), the main museums of the city, the bike path, and just 30 meters from the historic center parking. It is a 20-minute walk to the sports facilities (swimming pool, stadium) and about 15 minutes on foot to the hospital.
The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) of a historic building in the most characteristic part of the city, offering views of the mountains and the rooftops of Rovereto. The apartment, approximately 50 square meters, is an open space designed to provide comfort and brightness. The kitchen/living room is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, cookware, and cutlery. The living room is furnished functionally with a sofa bed and a TV. The sofa easily transforms into a comfortable double bed, providing a practical and cozy nighttime solution. The spacious bedroom, separated by a drywall, ensures privacy while maintaining the harmony of the open space and features a double bed and a large wardrobe. Upon request, we provide a cot for children under 3 years old.
The bathroom has a window and features a spacious shower and washing machine.
Bed, bathroom, and kitchen linen are provided. Bed linen is changed every 6 days, and bathroom linen is changed every 3 nights.
There is also the possibility to park bicycles and motorcycles in the private garage, which is located 500 meters away.
We have the possibility to activate, at no cost to you, the guest card which allows free access to all the museums in the city for the entire duration of your stay, as well as travel on local public transport.
Excellent starting point for road bike tours, mountain biking, and e-biking. Close to the town bike path that leads to the bike path of Via Augusta.

BY CAR
The apartment is located in a limited traffic zone and is not accessible by car, but it is close to the covered parking "Centro Storico" which is paid. From the train station, walk along Corso Rosmini until you reach the square of the same name, then continue on Viale dei Colli for about 100 meters, and on the right, you will access the parking lot.
ON FOOT
From the train station, walk along Corso Rosmini until you reach the square of the same name, take a right onto Via Orefici, continue on Via Rialto for about 200 meters, turn left onto Via del Ghetto, and 50 meters ahead, you will find the building at civic number 4.
