Payment Conditions
The reservation is valid exclusively under the terms and for the number of occupants (adults plus any children) specified in the confirmation email. Any changes must be agreed upon in advance with the accommodation provider, who reserves the right to accept or refuse them.
Free Wi-Fi internet.
Parking available for free on-site (no reservation required).
Pets not allowed.
Tourist tax not included (€1.50 / person / night up to a maximum of 10 nights, exempt for minors under 14 years old).
Utilities and final cleaning included.
Bed linen included with weekly change.
Towels not included (€10 per person per change – WITHIN 10 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL!)
Upon arrival, €100 (€200 for the New Year's period) is required per apartment in cash, as a security deposit, which will be refunded upon departure after checking the apartment.
The balance of the stay is requested at the time of key collection.
