Independent holiday home with each apartment having independent access, located near the lake, the woods, and main services. Relax and at the same time, services are easily accessible.
Each ground floor apartment has a small fenced garden with a shaded vine located at the entrance of the apartment, while the first floor apartments are equipped with terraces with views. Thanks to the fenced outdoor spaces of each apartment, pets are welcome on the premises, allowing for a pleasant stay even for our four-legged friends.
The house is situated 800 meters from the lake, reachable on foot via a pedestrian and bicycle path, 150 meters from a supermarket, 100 meters from a playground, and 150 meters from a bar/newsstand/tobacconist. Private parking for cars and a barbecue. Nearby, there is a scenic walkway that connects Lake Ledro with Lake Garda.
The house was completely renovated in 2023, with particular attention paid to sustainability. (Energy class A4, wood biomass heating at 0 km, electricity from a photovoltaic system, hot water from a solar system, use of eco-friendly cleaning products)
