New building 50 meters from the lake in a limited traffic area directly on the lakeside promenade with own private parking and garden. Climate house in class A + built at 0 km. By car: take the A22 Brenner motorway (from the south take the Trento Sud exit while from the North take the Trento Nord exit) and then continue from the Brenner road 12 to the S.S. 47 of the Valsugana for Pergine Valsugana - Padua up to the junction of the Mochena for Altopiano Pinè; finally pass on the S.P. 83 by Pinè. By train: reach the Trento railway station and then continue and reach the Pinè plateau with the Trentino Trasporti bus service. By plane: the closest airport is Verona's "Valerio Catullo" airport.
