Casa Faggio Rosso lies in a quiet position, along the banks of torrente Rio Massò, the mountain stream flowing into Molveno Lake. It is an ideal location for families looking for accomodation, both because of the vicinity to the lake and sports area, and because of the wide garden in front of the building, where children can play safely while their parents get a little deserved rest!
It is also only 5 minutes away (on foot) from the town centre. The apartments are fully furnished, and they all have a balcony or terrace. The house offers an underground parking garage with up to 15 slots. The house also offers 2 washing-machines in a common room, and free wi-fi for our guests.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
The apartments are available for check-in after 15:30, until 18:30. In case of late check-in, please let us know!
Check-out is necessarily by 10:00 am, unless agreed, under penalty of retention of the deposit.

Payment Conditions
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, the general conditions provide for the refund of the deposit up to 30 days before arrival. From the 29th day, we reserve the right to withhold all or part of the deposit.
In case there should be a closure by the competent authorities for the containment of COVID 19, the deposit paid is refunded.
