CasaGrotti is located on the famous Viale Dolomiti di Brenta, the main road of Madonna di Campiglio, right at the center of the Conca Verde lake and therefore very close on foot to the central square, ski lifts, restaurants, pubs, shops, pharmacy, etc.
The apartments are located on the first floor, featuring a common service room where a washing machine, a dryer, shelves to store shoes and luggage without having to keep them in the apartment, a printer/scanner, books, and games are available. At the entrance of the house, a ski and boot storage is available. Each apartment offers guests a private parking space.

If you arrive from the south, from Pinzolo/Tione, at the entrance of the tunnel that bypasses Campiglio, exit right towards Campiglio Sud. After a few hundred meters, before the descent towards the small lake and next to a supermarket, turn left and continue for 2-300 meters until you reach the gas station. The house is directly in front of the gas station.
If you arrive from the north, from the Campo Carlo Magno/Dimaro pass, at the beginning of the town you must continue straight and enter the tunnel. Just before the end of the tunnel, exit left towards Campiglio Sud and follow as above.
If you arrive by bus, get off at the request stop on Via Pietra Grande, then continue down until you reach the road on your right going uphill that leads to Viale Dolomiti di Brenta. From there, you will see the house. It is located across from the gas station.

Host information
He comes on his father's side from a family with centuries-old roots in Val Rendena, in particular Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio, and in Val Giudicarie. With his wife Renata and sons Amedeo and Ermanno, he manages a few flats in the centre of Madonna di Campiglio with a typical mountain people spirit loving the wonderful nature of this part of Trentino, combined with an effort to provide hospitality at the highest quality level.
Payment Conditions
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the common areas, even at the windows.
Pets, including small breeds, are not allowed.
