Information
CasaGrotti is located on the famous Viale Dolomiti di Brenta, the main street of Madonna di Campiglio, right in front of the central area of the Conca Verde lake and therefore very close to the main square, the cableways, restaurants, pubs, shops, pharmacy, etc.
The apartments are located on the first floor of the hause, and there is a shared service room with a washing machine, a dryer, shelves for storing shoes and luggage without having to keep them in the apartment, a printer/scanner, books, and games. At the entrance of the house, there is a ski and ski boot storage available. Each apartment offers guests a private parking space.

If you arrive from the south, from Pinzolo/Tione, at the entrance of the tunnel that bypasses Campiglio, turn right towards Campiglio Sud. After a few hundred meters, before the descent that goes down towards the small lake and opposite a supermarket, turn left and continue for 2-300 meters until you reach the gas station. The house is directly in front of the gas station.
If you arrive from the north, from the Campo Carlo Magno pass/Dimaro, at the beginning of the village you should continue straight and enter the tunnel. Just before the end of the tunnel, exit left towards Campiglio Sud and follow as above.
If you arrive by coach, get off at the request stop on Via Pietra Grande, then continue down until you reach the right uphill road that leads to Viale Dolomiti di Brenta. From there, you can see the house. It is located in front of the gas station.

Host information
He comes on his father's side from a family with centuries-old roots in Val Rendena, in particular Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio, and in Val Giudicarie. With his wife Renata and sons Amedeo and Ermanno, he manages a few flats in the centre of Madonna di Campiglio with a typical mountain people spirit loving the wonderful nature of this part of Trentino, combined with an effort to provide hospitality at the highest quality level.
Payment Conditions
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and in the common areas, including at the windows.
Pets, even small ones, are not allowed.
