The apartment is new and has a double bedroom with possible third bed, kitchen with table, living room and bathroom with shower. It is located on the ground floor with an outdoor space, table and chairs, the environment is well-kept with all appliances (oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer and vacuum cleaner, etc.). There is also private parking, free wi-fi and equipment storage (ski-bikes), pets are allowed. Included in the accommodation offer are bed linen and towels with a kitchen kit. Advice on holiday planning is offered, with various maps and brochures. In the town of Mezzano there are many services: supermarket, bars, pizzerias, ATM, pharmacy, newsagent, ski bus stop, library.

The house is located in the area of Oltra del Paese di Mezzano. Upon arriving at the roundabout that leads into the town, turn towards the area of Oltra and continue straight until the end of the road. At the stop, turn right and then left (you will pass over a small bridge). The house is the first one on the left.

I am Marialucia Orler, I have always lived in Mezzano, I know the local area very well, I work at a healthcare facility in the area, and for a while now I have been renting an apartment as tourist accommodation.
