Parking
As it is located in a narrow street in the centre of town, we strongly advise you not to reach the property by car as there are traffic restrictions in the area. There are several car parks near the centre of town. Upon request, we can provide you with a free parking permit for the entire town of Arco.
If you require parking services, we offer a private covered car park 250 metres from the property, available on request.

Payment Conditions
HOUSE RULES
- Care of rooms: The flats are finished with delicate, high-quality materials. Please treat them with the utmost care during your stay.
- Adults and teenagers: Our flats are reserved for adults and teenagers from 12 years of age.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the building

- Arrival time: 4pm - 8pm
- Departure time: 10am
- Opening period: We are open all year round.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
To confirm the booking, a 30% deposit via bank transfer is required.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. From 6 to 0 days before arrival, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
Tourist tax not included: €1 per person per night – maximum 10 consecutive nights – children under 14 exempt.
