Information
Casa Regina is located in Cares (a 10-minute walk from Ponte Arche on the pedestrian path), a small village near the Terme di Comano. It’s a refuge where history meets comfort: in the heart of a Trentino village, among quiet alleys and stone houses, the original vaults tell the past while renewed furnishings and thoughtful details offer a relaxing stay.
Inside the house, you will find a cozy living area with sofas, TV, and Wi-Fi, a bright dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, dishes) with a coffee and tea corner. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable and quiet; the 2 modern bathrooms with shower and bidet ensure convenience for groups. During the day, the spaces are flooded with natural light, and in the evening, the soft lights create an atmosphere.

We are in a quiet yet convenient location: easily reachable from Trento and the A22 Brenner highway; Verona airport is also practical. An ideal starting point for exploring Trentino among nature, wellness, and authentic flavors: we look forward to making you feel at home.

Payment Conditions
• Capacity: Max 7 guests / 6 + 1 (with extra bed). Only tourist stays; parties/events are prohibited; quiet hours 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
• Check-in: 2:00 PM–11:30 PM. Upon arrival, photo ID and credit card are required; communicate the arrival time in advance. Check-out: 7:30 AM–10:00 AM.
• Children: welcome; minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Pets: not allowed.
• Smoking: prohibited indoors; allowed outside with an ashtray.
• Extra bed: available on request (subject to availability).
• Damage and deposit: care for the house; any damages will be charged; refundable deposit may be required.
• Cleaning and linens: final cleaning included; linens/towels provided; extra changes available on request.
