You can get there from Trento, following the signs for Vicenza, going up to the Lavarone plateau. Or from the A4 Milan-Venice highway, take the Valdastico exit. Otherwise from the Brenner highway, you can take the Rovereto exit and go up to the plateau of Folgaria, Lavarone and Luserna.

Vacation home Via Roma 41 in Lavarone is a typical Trentino farmhouse from the 1800s that has been almost completely renovated.
Inside, there are several apartments, accommodating four or five guests, and outside there is a large garden that also serves as parking, with hammocks, tables, and barbecues available for guests.
The farmhouse is located in Lavarone, in the Chiesa district; its position allows for easy access, just a few steps without using a car, to reach the lake, the supermarket, or simply to embark on long walks in the adjacent forest trails.
In 1963, the Vicentian entrepreneur Angiolino Sgreva, known as Lino, realized the tourist potential of Lake Lavarone, purchased and renovated the farmhouse with his own means, opening the business together with his daughter Paola.
In 2014, his granddaughter Giulia initiated a new season of restyling, allowing the structure to continue welcoming Italian and foreign guests.
Payment Conditions
To book you must contact the property by phone or email and a lease will be issued. The customer must give a 30% deposit and the balance on arrival. There is also a deposit of one hundred euros upon arrival which will be returned at the end of the stay. Duvets, pillows, dishes, pots, microwave oven, common washing machine, wifi to check mail or surf the internet are provided. The wifi network does not support playstations, 24-hour movies and smartworking. There is a television that takes local channels.
