The apartment "La casetta dei nonni," located on the first floor of Casa Zava, combines modern comfort with the charm of tradition.
It is a perfect mini for couples, families with a small child, solo travelers, or anyone who wants to enjoy a comfortable and cozy stay.
Lovingly furnished, with some furniture made by the grandfather carpenter and a collection of historical tools that belonged to the great-grandfather. Each piece tells a story and adds an authentic touch and an atmosphere from another time.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The living area features a well-equipped open kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine with pods, and kettle, ideal for preparing your meals. Here, you will also find a table with a bench and chairs, perfect for intimate dinners or enjoying a nice breakfast while planning your day.
You can then relax watching TV or reading a book in the corner with exposed stone walls, just as the entire house once was.
Going up the stairs, a loft awaits you with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe to store your clothes, and another TV. A camping crib is available for little ones.
Two large windows flood the apartment with natural light, creating a bright and airy environment. Although they cannot be darkened at the moment, we've thought of everything: you will find comfortable eye masks to ensure a restorative sleep.
The bathroom is complete with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and washing machine to provide you with all the convenience you need during your stay.
Wi-Fi? Yes, there is Wi-Fi... but we recommend taking a break from technology! This is the perfect place to unwind... have long chats with your companions, challenge each other to card games, or simply immerse yourself in a nice book.
Don't forget to take advantage of our small balcony, a perfect corner to relax on cool summer evenings or enjoy the winter sun.

WARNING!
Even the navigation system can "make mistakes"...
If you're coming from the SS47 of Valsugana towards Trento, the navigator will make you take a dirt road that might be adventurous but definitely not comfortable!!!
So DO NOT follow the directions to Ischia but continue towards Pergine Valsugana and exit at "PERGINE SUD - SUSA' - PANAROTTA 2002."
