The property is non-smoking and offers free parking for those wishing to explore the beauty of the surroundings by car. The heating with a wood-burning stove provides a typically Trentino atmosphere and ensures a comfortable stay during the cool alpine evenings. CASETTA ANITA is the perfect refuge for those looking for a mountain getaway, enriched by warm hospitality and the natural beauty that surrounds it.

The apartment is equipped with a shared washing machine with another dwelling, and a storage room for mountain equipment or bicycles. Bed linen and towels are available upon request at a cost of € 25 per person per week.

Payment Conditions
It is recommended to contact the Host before making the reservation, who will be happy to provide you with the requested information.
The apartment is non-smoking and friendly dog and cat companions are not allowed, except for rare exceptions to be agreed upon.
Upon booking, a deposit equal to 25% of the total amount is required via bank transfer as a confirmation.
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. From 30 to 15 days before arrival, 50% will be retained; for less than 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully retained.
The tourist tax must be paid at the accommodation facility in addition to the price of the booked holiday, starting from 14 years old and for a maximum of 10 nights stay. 4 and 4* star hotels € 2.50 – 3 and 3* star hotels € 2.00 – other types € 1.50 – private apartments € 1.00.
