CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of no show we pray You to communicate the lacked arrival by mail or by phone.
If the notice to leave is communicated more than 30 days before the arrival date, will be any charge
If the notice to leave is communicated less than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the deposit
If the notice to leave is communicated within 14 days before the arrival: 50% of the total of the reservation
If the notice to leave is communicated within 7 days before the arrival: 70% of the total of the reservation
If the notice to leave is communicated within 3 days before the arrival or no show: 100% of the total of the reservation
Anticipated departures: 100% of the total of the reservatio
The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid at the accommodation facility for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the booked holiday. It is not included in the price of the stay.
