Dialogue, family hospitality and a warm welcome in a perfectly furnished and clean flat are a source of pride for us and a guarantee for you to spend a very special holiday in Moena. The apartment, rated four gentians according to the rating system of the Provincia Autonoma di Trento, is a mezzanine in a nice three-floored villa, so we are there to provide help whenever needed. Our house is located in a quiet, sunny area, at a three-minute walk from the town centre and is accessed via a private road. We stay at your disposal if you need any info or explanation.

How to reach Villa Claudia: by car, from downtown, drive in direction of the main square (Piaz de Sotegrava). At the the corner with the Hotel Corona, turn left and go ahead for about 50 m. Now turn right and follow the directions to the church. At the crossroads turn right onto a little bridge and go straight for another 100 m, always keep to the right. On your left you should now see the "Dante" fountain, turn left following the directions to the Hotel Patrizia. Go ahead for about 100 m. Once you find a little church on your right, turn right. Warning: the road is narrow! Please contact us if you need help! Our house is the third one.

- When booking, it is customary to pay a deposit, by bank transfer. The deposit is a guarantee for the booking and is not paid back if guests unilaterally cancel their booking
- Within 24 hours after checking-in Villa Claudia, we kindly ask you to pay the full rent price for the apartment
- The apartment is available from 4.00 p.m. on arrival date to 9.00 a.m. on departure date
