CIASA MARLIS is a lovely family owned house located in a quiet residential area, with panoramic views, a few couple hundred metres from the town centre, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, the "Catinaccio-Rosengarten" cablecar, the bus/skibus stop which allows guests to easily approach all the major ski areas of the Fassa Valley. Every apartment has been recently renovatedand it's provided with all the need appliances for a pleasant holiday and managed carefully by the owner. The apartments can host families from 2 to 4/5 people and small group of friends. Every apartment has has a view on the stunning Dolomites. To private usage only for the house guests are a spacious garden, gazebo with barbecue and private parking. At the property , there is a ski storage room with boot heaters (winter season) and bicycles storage (summer season) where to leave your equipment. The apartments are available all year round and during the low-medium season it is possible to stay for a weekend, 3 days.

Check-in and key collection is possible from the afternoon, unless agreed differently with the owner.
Check-out is preferred in the morning, at best before 9-9,30am.
Pets are allowed only a few apartments and must be previously agreed with the owner.
